Terms of exchange, refund and warranty

According to the decree in the legislation of the Republic of Moldova, the buyer has the right to return or replace the goods within a certain period of time, if such goods are not listed in the Appendix to the Government Resolution No. 105-XV. Chişinău, 13 March 2003 , by writing a statement indicating the reason to the name of the director of the enterprise SRL Volosanovschi Nails.
According to the law on consumer protection, if the specified product does not fit in shape, dimensions, style, size, color or for other reasons cannot be used for its intended purpose, and is not included in the list of non-food products of proper quality that cannot be exchanged for a similar product, within 14 days any buyer of the VEV LUX SHOP NAILS store has the right to return the product or exchange it for a similar one with the appropriate recalculation in case of a difference in price. If the product required for exchange is not available, we will accept the product from you and refund you its cost.
Return or exchange of non-food goods of proper quality is carried out under the following conditions:
- if the specified product has not been used, its presentation and consumer properties have been preserved;
- there is evidence of purchase of this product in the VEV.MD store (for example, a sales receipt or invoice);
- the product is not included in the list of non-food products of proper quality that cannot be exchanged for a similar product, presented in the appendix to Law No. 105 of 13.03.2003 On the Protection of Consumer Rights (for example, it does not include perfumery and cosmetic products and personal hygiene products (tweezers, scissors, brushes, etc. ).
Please note that in case of return (exchange) of goods of proper quality, the paid cost of delivery services is not refunded, and the cost of transportation services related to the return (exchange) of goods of proper quality is additionally charged, in accordance with the delivery regulations.
Exchange of goods of proper quality for another is possible immediately in the store upon filling out an application. Refunds for goods of proper quality are made within 7 working days after the director has reviewed the application for return.
To exchange or return a product, you must:
- An application for a refund or exchange of goods addressed to the director, stating the reason for the return/exchange.
- A receipt confirming the purchase of goods in our store.
- Return of a product of proper quality is possible if its presentation, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified product are preserved.
Return or exchange of goods of inadequate quality (having defects or manufacturing faults):
For products other than those intended for long-term use, such as footwear, fabrics, glassware and ceramics, the seller's liability arises when a product's non-conformity (defect) is detected within 14 days from the date of sale. The date of purchase of the product is established on the basis of a receipt or any other document confirming the purchase of the product, or by other means of proof (including witness testimony) that allow the date and place of purchase to be established.
The procedure for filing a complaint about product quality discrepancies:
- Within 14 days, consumers file complaints regarding non-conforming products initially to the seller or contractor if there are claims regarding the quality of the goods.
- The complaint and the product itself are submitted to the seller's address: Mihai Vityazul Street 34a, Beltsy.
- At the same time as filing a complaint, the consumer submits a copy of the sales receipt or other document confirming the purchase.
- The seller and official distributor (VEV LUX SHOP NAILS) will consider the claim within 7-14 working days. During this time, an examination will be conducted with the participation of the manufacturer, which will reveal manufacturing defects, batch defects or other problems that have arisen with the purchased goods.
- If the examination reveals serious violations, the seller will refund the money or offer another product as a replacement. If the examination reveals no manufacturing defects, and the reason for the poor quality is improper storage or use of the material/equipment, etc., the seller is not responsible for the product.
Conditions for warranty service of original equipment:
When buying original equipment in our online store (VEV.MD), you get not only high-quality products for manicure and pedicure, but also a warranty card from the manufacturer, which allows you to carry out warranty service in case of equipment defect. Usually, the warranty is from 3 to 12 months.
For warranty service it is necessary:
- Contact a VEV.MD representative by phone or Instagram and describe the breakdown in detail.
- Provide the product itself and the warranty card for it, as well as the purchase receipt.
- We conduct a preliminary inspection and send the product for examination. If after the conclusion of the master it turns out that the cause of the breakdown was indeed a manufacturing defect, we send the product to the manufacturer to eliminate the defect, after which we return it to the consumer. In this case, the company takes on all monetary expenses.
- If, after the examination, it turns out that the cause of the breakdown was the customer’s fault (improper use of the equipment, storage or careless handling), repair and delivery of the broken equipment is carried out at the customer’s expense .
